NDIS SESSIONS
Online or in-person, NDIS sessions are for the provision of psychology therapy to clients with disabilities. We are able to see self managed clients and sessions are piled in accordance with the current NDIS recommended rate.

REFERRALS
A referral is not required for all services, but may be obtained in some circumstances for the purpose of obtaining a rebate from Medicare. If you have a referral from your doctor, paediatrician or psychiatrist please scan and send it via email.
REBATES
If patients wish to obtain a Medicare rebate then a GP Mental Health Care Plan may be obtained through a GP. This provides up to 10 rebated therapy sessions per year. The Medicare rebate for a psychology session is $98.95 per session. A referral is required initially and then a review referral must be obtained after 6 sessions. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they have a current referral.
If patients wish to obtain a rebate for an Autism Assessment, they require a Paediatrician referral. This provides up to four rebates of $98.95 (depending on the number of sessions provided).
There are no Medicare rebates for cognitive or learning assessments.
LATE/NON ATTENDANCE FEES
A reminder for all appointment will be sent out via text message 48 hrs prior to appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can reply with a custom reply to the automated text or with a 'NO' and the message will be sent directly to the psychologist. Any changes to appointments made outside of the 24 hrs notice period or non attendance will incur a full fee cancellation fee which will be deducted from the card details taken at initial session. If you we are unable to settle your account we will attempt to bill twice and then a fee collection service will be engaged.
BILLING
Payment is required on the day of service via eftpos (transaction fee will apply) or direct deposit. If you have difficulty settling your account please let us know in advance.
