PROCESS

• Developmental Assessment session (up to 3 may be required)

• Information collection via questionnaires (Browns Executive Functioning Scale, ASRS and other developmental information), previous school reports, work performance reports and information from a person that has known you since childhood will be required)

• Feedback appointment approx. 3-6 weeks after Initial Assessment appointment

REFERRALS & REBATES

• Please note that there are no Medicare rebates available for this assessment for people over the age of 25. For people under the age of 25 yrs, a referral from a psychiatrist will be required in order to access a Medicare rebate for part of the assessment fee.

• *A cognitive assessment can be completed for an additional cost (refer to Educational Assessments Page)

• *Diagnostic confirmation letter included however full diagnostic report subject to additional fee.
